We collect much of the personal data that we hold about you directly from you or your interactions with us, our websites or social media sites. We do reserve the right to keep all image submissions indefinitely from the image generator functionality to be used for future activity such as a campaign book commemorating all submissions. This will only contain the message and submitted and will not tie back to the individual who submitted the image.

Where we transfer personal data from inside the EEA to outside the EEA, we may be required to take specific additional measures to safeguard the relevant personal data.
